Cancellation Policy
Must cancel within 24 hours before appointment. After 2 no-call no shows you will be required to pay half up front for future services. After 3 no-call no shows, you will be put on a ban list from booking online. You are granted a 15 minute grace period after your time of scheduled appointment to show up, otherwise will be considered a no-show and will have to pay 50% of your scheduled services.
